Nestled on Old Route 66, Tucumcari is a small agricultural community in North East New Mexico. The Tucumcari Location provides services to Santa Rosa, Login, and San Jon. Services provided under the DD Waiver include: Family Living (Home Base), Supported Employment, Assisted Living, Substitute Care, Supported Living, Day Habilitation, and Community Access. We also provide Therapeutic Respite for children under the age of 18. |
