Our goal at High

 Desert Family Services Inc. is to create a climate and culture that nurtures and develops each individual we have contact with.

Quality is a difficult concept to truly understand.  It means something different to each person.  To some it is like perfection, unattainable but always worth striving for, and to some it is achieving excellence.  But at High Desert it not only “counts” but it is at the center of each of our actions.  In every service we provide, in every goal we set for ourselves.  So we may not be able to define what Quality is, but we know it when we see it.  It is in every goal reached, every smile, every friend met, and every family dinner.

 

In order to ensure quality service, High Desert has a dedicated Quality Assurance Department that:

  • Develops an annual Quality Improvement Plan

  • Conducts intensive reviews on a quarterly schedule

  • Provide training

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Conduct interviews and satisfaction surveys with persons served, independent contractors, employees, and other stakeholders to gain input on our services and opportunities for improvement.
