The caring and competent staff of HDFS - Farmington provide the following community based services under the NM Developmental Disabilities Waiver Program:

  • Family Living

  • Community Access

  • Substitute Care

  • Supported Employment

  • Independent Living

  • Respite
 
  • Personal Support Services

In addition, the Farmington Program also provides Behavioral Health Services for children, youth and their families, including:

  • Treatment Foster Care

  • Individual & Family Counseling
  • Therapeutic Respite
 
    Service Area: The Farmington Program(s) serve the Northwest Region of New Mexico.
