High Desert Family Services was founded in 2003 for the expressed purpose of acquiring MENTOR New Mexico which had been serving New Mexico since 1996. Mentor New Mexico was originally part of The Mentor Network, a dynamic, national human services company recognized for its long tradition of quality, innovative care for people with special needs. The owners of High Desert Family Services, (formerly administrators of Mentor New Mexico), value this rich tradition of quality and innovation which remains a cornerstone of our company today. This combined with the numerous benefits of local ownership has resulted in High Desert Family Services becoming the premiere human services company in New Mexico. |
